1. Getting started
The first steps after you install Tasdeek, in order: choose the products to serialize, add a warranty policy, create units and labels, add the theme blocks to your store and test everything with one product.
2. Units and QR labels
Create serial numbers or import your own, then print QR labels as PDF or PNG on Avery sheets, label rolls or your own grid. Includes what the QR code opens.
3. Warranty claims
How a customer opens a claim with photos, how you move it from review to a decision, and which emails the customer receives along the way.
4. Klaviyo
Connect Klaviyo with a private API key, see which events and profile properties Tasdeek sends, and check that it works.
5. Appearance and custom CSS
Change the accent color, corners, logo and credit line of the customer pages, and add your own CSS within the rules Tasdeek checks.
